Stock Market -  eto ang market kung saan pwede mong i-trade(buy and sell) ang shares of stock(represents ownership of a company) ng mga publicly listed companies, ang publicly listed companies are traded in;

Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) -  sila ang nagaapprove ng mga companies na gustong magkaroon ng public investors(tayong public traders), they screen them kung pwede itrade in public or not, they aim to provide and hold a fair, efficient,
effective and peaceful market for buying and selling of stocks, warrants, and other securities in the Philippines, and they only transact trades through;

Brokers - is a individual o firm kung saan pwede tayong bumili at magbenta ng shares of stock ng mga publicly listed companies sa PSE, kapalit nito, meron silang commission in every trade we make.
It means that you can only trade sa stock market through brokers, kaya mag-open ka muna ng account mo sa kanila.

Philippine Stock Exchange Index (PSEI) - is an index composed of '30 companies' that shows the movement of the market as a whole. Nasa kanila ang major effect as a whole ng market dahil malalaki sila, mga bigatin o mga blue chips. 

Criteria para mapasali sa PSEI
1. The company’s free float level must be at least 12%.
2. The company must rank among the top 25% in terms of median daily value in nine out of the twelve-month period in review.
3. Ranking of TOP 30 qualified companies based on full market capitalization.

Kung may nabasa kang news na sinabing 'bumagsak ang market today' o 'tumaas ang market today', that means the PSEI na composed of 30 companies.

2 WAYS TO EARN MONEY IN THE STOCK MARKET

1. Capital Gains - eto ung kita mo sa pagbili ng stock sa mas mababang presyo at pagbenta ng mas mataas
2. Dividends - is a distribution of a portion of a company's earnings, share mo ito sa income ng company, dinidesisyonan ito ng mga Board of Directors ng company pra idestribute sa mga shareholders.

Sa blog na to magfofocus tayo sa #1, how to buy low and sell high, or buy high and sell higher. And let's make it simple, most common problem I see sa mga traders is my basis nga sila pero mali ang interpretation nila and they make trading very complicated, habang nagiging komplikado yan, mas lalong humihirap.

Whether you want to become a day trader, short term/swing trader, medium term trader or long term trader, you should be aware sa mga factors kung bakit bumababa o tumataas ang price ng isang stock dahil ng reality sa stock market ay nagpapasahan lang tayong mga traders ng pera. Sino ang pinagbilhan mo? Sino ang bibili ng binenta mo? Yung binenta mo sino ang bibili sa kanya? Repeat the cycle. Tayo tayong mga traders din.
Kapag naapprove ng PSE at nag-issue ang isang company ng shares for public investors, yun ang pagpapasapasahan natin na traders. In 1 trading day, kung mas marami/mas malaki ang kayang bilhin ng buyers(bulls) compare sa ibebenta ng sellers(bears) sa isang araw, talagang tataas ang price. Sa kabaliktaran naman ay bababa. 
We(buyers and sellers) make the price move.
Yung pagtaas at pagbaba ng price ay evidence na kapag my nag gegain, meron din nagloloss. Dahil maraming factors kung bakit nagbebenta at bumibili ang mga traders.
It is impossible sa isang traded stock na walang magloloss, if thats the case, dapat non-stop na continues ang pagtaas ng price pra masabing walang nalulugi which is impossible.
Having that said, instead of asking what are the factors that makes the price go up or go down, its better to ask, what are the basis that triggers the majority(specially big players) to buy and the sellers to sell?
Answer is TECHNICAL ANALYSIS and  FUNDAMENTAL ANALYIS. Eto ang pag-aaralan natin dito.

Stock market is a "battle between buyers and sellers", retail traders vs retail traders vs institutions, paano ka mananalo? 
Marami din stocks jan na tumataas na purely manipulated lang. Dapat you are fully equipped bago sumabak, para maintindihan mo sila, lamang na lamang ka kung naiintindihan mo ang market psychology at nababasa mo ang galaw ng kalaban mo.

May mga strategies na napakataas ang accuracy basta alam mong gamitin.
